Justine Amante

Born and raised in the Philippines, Justine co-founded the nonprofit organization Hayag, focusing on bridging the gap between marginalized Filipino communities and those able to help. As Finance Director, she played a key role in tracking and executing innovative digital fundraising initiatives.

In 2021, Justine moved to New York to pursue a degree in Media, Culture, and Communications at New York University. During her time at NYU, she organized social and cultural events for TEDxNYU as part of the Productions Committee, and for the International Student Council as the Southeast Asia Representative.

After graduating in 2024, Justine continues to channel her passion for creating impactful events and driving meaningful change in the nonprofit sector as an Event Coordinator at Powered by Professionals.
