Allison is the Vice President of Development and Events at Powered by Professionals. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Art Education and later received her New York State teaching license in Art Education for grades pre K- 12th. Prior to PBP, Allison has worked with nonprofit organizations, including the 92 Street Y, as an educator and art program director at their summer camps.
Deciding to take a change in her career path, Allison joined PBP over eight years ago. With 17 event seasons under her belt, she has gained extensive experience that has enabled her to acquire an understanding of how nonprofit organizations can effectively develop, implement and manage large scale fundraising initiatives. Allison has found her work to be incredibly rewarding; she constantly sees firsthand how much of an impact these events have on those involved. With her commitment to providing excellent event and development services, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge base while continuing to support PBP's mission. She is passionate about helping nonprofits meet their goals and establishing meaningful relationships with donors that will ensure sustainability for years to come. In addition to working with clients, Allison manages many of the company’s internal operations and marketing, and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
After six years living the fast paced life in New York City, Allison made the move to the suburbs. She currently resides in Westchester County with her husband, son and pup.
